As much as I hate to admit that summer is coming to a close, we all must accept that our warm nights of sunlight until 9 p.m. are numbered. Kids are starting to trickle back to school, and that means fall is upon us. This inevitably leads to winter, and well, I'm getting ahead of myself here. For those of us who have been out of school for longer than we'd like to admit (present company included) we still have plenty of summer left, but that doesn't mean we can't start drooling over fall clothes. Take these boots for example. I picked up these bad boys from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale (that is sadly now over), and I am excited to style them in a number of different ways this fall. I actually want to wear them NOW, but given that my legs turned into melted popsicles when Carly and I shot this look last weekend, I might have to wait another month or two. So they will sit in my closet until the weather dips below 60 degrees.
Is anyone else stuck in an emotional limbo over end of summer / beginning of fall? I'm a summer baby, so I'm partial to June through August, but the fall in Colorado is so beautiful! I hope you've all been making the most of your summers; we have definitely stayed busy!
Thanks for stopping by,
