On days when I don't feel like lifting weights, I turn to some kind of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). I typically lift weights 4 times a week and do cardio HIIT 2 times a week. It really mixes things up and makes the workout go by really quickly, plus it TORCHES calories. I love adding in some Battle Rope variations, as they are great for the arms and core (and really the whole body depending on how you do them.) The ropes take a bit of getting used to, but once you figure out your stance (keeping your core tight is a must) and your grip, you'll be a pro in no time.
