This look is significantly more casual than anything on my blog thus far, but this is closer to how I dress on an everyday basis. Don't get me wrong, I love dressing up, but ain't nobody got time for that every day. Let's talk about these leggings for a second. These are Zella 'Live In' Leggings, and there couldn't be a more accurate name for a clothing item. I wear these puppies for anything and everything. Under dresses and long shirts, with boots or sneaks, to the gym (yes, I work out in them too), lounging around the house, you name it. I could quite literally 'live in' them. Plus, they're reversible. One side is kind of shiny, more like a pair of running tights, and the other side is a matte cotton, which is more appropriate for everyday wear. AND, they are so affordable. Thanks for thinking of everything, Zella.
In other news, my Denver Broncos are World Champs! I've waited 17 years for this to be a reality again, and I am so proud. All those freezing cold nights cheering them on, losing all feeling in my fingers and toes, have totally paid off. I went to the parade Downtown on Tuesday since my office is only a block off the parade route - what an outrageous experience! I have never seen so many people downtown in all my 30 years of living in Denver, not even back in 1998/9 when they won for the second time in a row. It was really fun to see some of my favorite players up close and personal. Thanks again to my girl Morgan (one of my die-hard Broncos friends) and her dad for holding down a great spot on the route.
I hope you all have some sweet plans for Valentine's Day. I invited some of my ladies and my mom to the Brown Palace in Denver for High Tea last weekend and we had a lovely time. If you've never done High Tea anywhere, you must go! xoxo dolls.
